Romanek Threatens Lawsuit, Carrion Replies
James Carrion, International Director of the Mutual UFO Network, posted the following on his blog today Follow the Magic Thread: Stan Romanek Threatens Lawsuit:Stan Romanek called the MUFON Office yesterday asking for MUFON's legal department and the street address where MUFON can be "served" papers. Unfortunately, I wasn't there to get the call.
Seems like the way you get someone to stop pointing out inconvenient facts about your claims is to threaten legal action. So Mr. Romanek, this is a message for you that I won't have to serve through the Sheriff's office or through a demand letter:
- In a court of law you can't manipulate the facts like you can in the court of public opinion
- You have to swear to tell the truth
- You have to have your claims believed by a jury of your peers, not by your friends, family, and investigators you are buddies with
- You cannot withhold key evidence
So, Stan, if you think I am going to stop pointing out the problems with your claims by threatening me with a lawsuit, you are sadly mistaken. There is nothing illegal about the truth.
Speaking of which, please feel free to post publicly the video/photo evidence that you have yet to release to the world because I have some world class photo/video experts who are dying to analyze them:
- All the ORIGINAL videos of your peeping aliens
- All the ORIGINAL photos that show you with strange "reptilian" eye transformations
- All the ORIGINAL photos/videos of all of your other otherworldly experiences
I will be happy to give you some space on my public web server to upload them and I will make them freely available to any other photo/video analyst.
NOTE: For over a year, people have asked me which side of this debate am I on. Frankly, I want the truth....though, both sides contend they are telling the truth. Honestly, Stan Romanek has made some claims that need to be proven. On the other hand, MUFON needs to back off somewhat. IMO, the statement above is tit-for-tat. Beyond that, I'm not going to comment further. What do you think? Lon

I have read and re-read Stan Romanek's claims, have watched the EVP video, the ufo video, the alien at the window video, have read the witness statements to the accounts, have watched the video of the psysicsists explaining the relevance of these equations. I mean for the guy to write down an equation involving Element 115 when it wasn't even discovered yet is pretty impressive. I have watched what the disbelievers said about the alien video too, "they don't think it's realistic" or "why would an alien who is that advanced come to earth just to peek in someone's window" etc. Listen, the alien didn't look realistic???? are you joking me right now? Compared to what??? lol, the alien that came to your place last week?? Skeptics...you have never seen an alien, and even if you have, do you think that's the only kind out there? That there couldn't possibly be beings that look different than others? Like humans do?!? We have witness accounts of what aliens look like, we have videos of them that no one can seem to agree on that show what some aliens look like, some say real, some say fake, no one can decide on anything!!! Even if these are real, even if they're ALL real, no one can agree on a decision...so what good does it do us all to debate them for years and years and years. That's all that's going to ever happen until all you skeptics get the real eye-opener that I think is coming in the very near future.
And why wouldn't they come to earth and look in someone's window??? If they want to look at people, and the people are in a house, the best way to look in at these people without being noticed is to maybe peek in a window. Who are you to say what an Alien should or shouldn't be thinking about, or what said Alien MOST LIKELY would do once on Earth. You would probably also say "If aliens are so advanced then why do they come to our planet and mutilate and kill livestock? You'd think they'd have better food up there" To all the people who are so quick to judge the goings on in the universe and what would be probable and what wouldn't be.....give your head a shake. We know 1 millionth of what goes on in our "existence". Don't be so full of yourselves to say "no, can't happen" just because YOU don't think so. No one knows. We cannot predict, or pretend to understand the things that happen off or ON our planet.
I do however think Mr. Romanek should not make such a big deal about all this until there's reason to. Obviously most of the world is not yet convinced of things so it was pointless for him to share it. The equations seem to be taking the longest. They are beyond what is known so far on Earth so unfortunately that may take some time still. But I believe we won't be hearing the last on this, not by a long shot.
Well - I hope he brings his 'stuff' to court, and let the experts at it. Than he will have to sit down, and shut up. Bringing a frivilous lawsuit ALSO has many, far reaching consequences.. let the fun begin!
