Reader Mailbag: Psychic Child / Very Active House

I received an email from 'Fran' in Pittsburgh, PA on Tuesday evening in reference to his teenage daughter, who has experienced psychic ability since she was very young. Until recently, though, Fran has been reluctant to acknowledge his daughter's spiritual sensitivity even though she has described 'others' including an old man with a pipe sitting in the backyard and an occasional horrific apparition hanging by a rope from her bedroom ceiling. He did seek assistance from a psychic friend who is helping her to control the visions and to lessen her fears.

Now, the real reason Fran contacted me was because of the images his daughter has captured on her cellphone camera. I have seen 2 images (pictured above...Fran has given me permission to use images), both of herself, that include 'something' else. One of the images was blurry but indicated that a large dark entity standing or floating behind her. The other image was taken with her dog (who is distracted and looking away) but distinctly shows an undistinguished apparition between them.

I have suggested that Fran seek the help of a very good paranormal group (ex. Penn State Paranormal Research) and medium. Many people have seen the great work medium Chip Coffey and others have done with psychic children. I feel Fran's daughter could benefit from a similar intervention...Lon

On or about June of last year (2008), I was sitting in my living room watching TV at approx. 2:00pm, when a young blond haired boy burst through the wall next to my fireplace, and as he stared right straight at me, ran through the living room and disappeared into the dining room. I immediately froze from shock and surprise. Then after a moment gathered myself and ran after him. But he had disappeared. When I mentioned something about it to a neighbor, he said that it must be Josh. Josh lived in our home in the 1980s, and was hit and killed by a car one block away. This is but one of many events that occur in our home.

My husband has witnessed two men come down our hallway in the middle of the night and turn into the spare bedroom only to disappear.

Back in June (2009), as I again sat watching TV at about 10:30pm, the vertical blinds on the window behind me suddenly blew out from the bottom like a great wind had blown them. Not thinking that I had already closed the windows for the night, I went to close the window and found that it was already closed, but that it was perfectly calm outside. I immediately went to bed as I was pretty freaked out.

As I was again preoccupied watching the tube, something caught my eye in the hallway. You know how when your in a darkened room, and someone opens the door from a brightly lit area you see the light around the edges of the doorway? Well I saw that same thing, only the doorway was opening in the middle of the hall. I have no idea what it was.

We have lived in our home for 6 yrs. and have experienced something odd at least once weekly. We don't feel these spirits are harmful and have grown used to such things. Unfortunately not all of our guests feel the same. Ms. Mickey
