Videos: The Life and Times of 'Steve the Lawnmower Guy'




Every once in awhile, I come across an anecdote or video of someone whose behavior is beyond the fringe of normal...though, comical. I think the subject of the following videos qualifies:

These police videos were made available (how, I don't know) by a southern Louisiana police agency depicting the life of 'Steve the Lawnmower Guy'.... Enjoy!
