Footage just like this from Europe caused a commotion 15 or 20 years ago. It had the same diamond shape when zoomed in.

Then someone pointed out that anyone could duplicate it with a similar camera by pointing it at the sun or another bright object.

The diamond shape was created by the inner workings of the video camera.
